The State Personnel Presidency is organized as Presidency and is one of the establishments which has regulatory authority concerning its duties over public establishments and foundations by the help of its 2 Deputy Presidencies, 7 Departments and units.
The presidency consists of Main Service Units, Advisory Units and Auxiliary Units.
The President, as the head of the organization, is responsible to perform the services of the Presidency in conformity with the National Security Policy, development plans, annual programs and laws and regulations; provide coordination and cooperation among other public establishments and foundations on those subjects inclusive in the activities of the Presidency, and is responsible to the Prime Minister.
Two Deputy Presidents may be nominated to provide help to the President at the Presidency.
The main Service Units of the Presidency include the followings: Department of Cadres and Public Employees, Department of Training, Department of Legal and Financial Status, Department of Developing Organizations and Administrations and Department of Personnel Records and Data Processing.
The Department of Developing Strategies is the Advisory Unit.
The Auxiliary Units of the Presidency include Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Branch Office of Personnel and Defense Expertise Unit.
Privatization Operations Unit, State Economic Enterprises Unit, Litigation, Legislation and Central Examination Unit, Public Officers Trade Unions Unit and European Union and Foreign Affairs Unit carry out the main services which are in charge of the Presidency.
